1. Authenticated Vintage & 1-of-1 Nature

HeyGirlThrift specializes in genuine vintage, archival, and pre-loved garments. Because each piece has a unique history, minor gentle signs of character and wear may be present. Comprehensive measurements (in inches), materials, and condition ratings (e.g. 9.5/10) are transparently listed for each piece. All garments are steam-conditioned and studio-inspected prior to packaging; customers are advised to wash before use according to fabric specifications.

2. 1-of-1 Inventory, Reservation & Final Sale

All catalog items are strictly one-of-a-kind. Placing an item in your shopping bag does not hold or reserve inventory until payment checkout is successfully completed. Due to our immediate inventory allocation, all orders are final sale once confirmed and cannot be cancelled post-checkout.

3. Pan-India Delivery via Normal India Post Parcel

Every garment is steam-conditioned and carefully hand-packaged in our studio. Orders are dispatched via Normal India Post Parcel within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation.

• Delivery Timelines: 7 to 10 business days via Normal India Post Parcel to all serviceable pincodes across India.
• 100% Eco-Friendly Packaging: In alignment with our circular fashion ethos, all orders are shipped in recycled or compostable mailers with minimal environmental footprint.
• Real-Time Tracking: Automated dispatch confirmations and India Post tracking updates are delivered directly via SMS / WhatsApp.

4. Returns, Discrepancies & Resolutions

Because every garment is a unique 1-of-1 archival piece that cannot be restocked or replaced with identical inventory, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges. In the rare event that an item arrives with an unlisted significant structural discrepancy or an incorrect parcel is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo at contact@heygirlthrift.com. Verified claims are eligible for an immediate full refund to the original payment method or instant store credit, processed within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Secure Payments

All catalog prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Online transactions are encrypted via certified secure payment gateways (Razorpay / Instant UPI). HeyGirlThrift never stores or accesses your private payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or confidential banking credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative typography, photographic lookbooks, editorial copy, styling visuals, and brand assets on this platform are protected under copyright law and remain the exclusive property of HeyGirlThrift.
