1. Nature of 1-of-1 Archival Pieces
Because each garment at HeyGirlThrift is strictly one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked or replaced with identical inventory, all sales are final. We meticulously provide high-resolution multi-angle photography, exact measurements (chest, length, waist), and condition ratings on each product page so you can purchase with full clarity.
2. Discrepancies or Transit Issues
In the rare event that an item arrives with an unlisted significant structural defect or you receive an incorrect parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video at contact@heygirlthrift.com.
3. Resolution & Store Credit
Verified cases will be granted an immediate full refund to the original payment source or instant store credit for the next drop capsule, processed within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Due to our immediate inventory reservation system and fast-track courier dispatch, placed orders cannot be cancelled once finalized at checkout.
5. Archival Garment Care & Hygiene
All pieces are curated 1-of-1 archival vintage and pre-loved fashion. While every piece is steam-conditioned in our studio prior to packaging, customers are advised to wash before use according to the fabric care guidelines.
